Mark has a very balanced perspective, and is able to be reassuring while still setting realistic goals. Mark follows up on clients to ensure they don’t get lost in the system, and will go the extra mile – with a smile.Personally, I find Mark to be highly professional, supportive, caring and knowledgeable. Mark has helped a lot of our employees to achieve great results with work and non-work injuries. I especially like the way Mark uses various treatment methods to maximise the effectiveness of treatment.
Mark has always impressed me with his very caring, professional, ethical and competent approach. Mark is very much hands-on, using excellent mobilisation techniques along with self-directed exercises, giving our employees excellent instructions and explanations for these. Mark takes the time to learn the full picture of the patients injury/needs and is happy to liaise with other health professionals (for example ones GP or surgeon), often going beyond the call of duty if necessary to overcome any issues or problems that may arise.
I would highly recommended Mark at Active Recovery to other people, based on my first-hand experience of the service provided and how this contributes to better patient outcomes.

More recently we have been working with Mark Baple, Occupational Health Physiotherapist to provide assessment and graduated returned to work programs for work and non-work related injuries. Assessments are thorough with clear, well defined and effective plans to enable staff to return to their workplace.
